Shipping policy

Shipping days are TUESDAYS and WEDNESDAYS via UPS

$40 overnight local FL shipping
$65 overnight shipping other US states

If corals are large or exceed certain quantity additional shipping fees may be applied.

Orders may be held due to extreme weather, high order volume, or at our discretion.

LIVE Bids:
$0-$29 bids go up by $2 increments
$30-$99 bids go up by $5 increments
$100-$499 bids go up by $10 increments
$500 and up bids go up by $20 increments

DOA POLICY:
We have a 100% live arrival guarantee. If your new livestock addition does not stay alive for the guarantee period 5 days, we will issue you a store credit. We do not cover any shipping costs for credited livestock. Shipping delays due to weather or mechanical failure which result in loss may not be covered under our guarantee. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Please know that we will do whatever we can to make it right!

Key Policy Details:
Documentation: Clear pictures and videos of the DOA item are required.
Reporting Time: Must be reported the same day of arrival.
Conditions: Do not remove the coral from the plug for 5 days.
Shipping Issues: Do not refuse the shipment if the box is damaged or leaking.
Exclusions: Does not apply to local pickups.
